Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fahlo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed packing slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
